Year 6 have had great fun this week creating a film as part of the 'Herefordshire Through A Lens' media project. The project is celebrating the work of Derek Evans, a photographer who worked in Herefordshire during the 50s. Taking farming as our theme (inspired by one of Evan's photographs in particular), our film highlights the changes in farming practices since the 1950s. We spent yesterday on a local farm experiencing what working on the farm would have been like in the 1950s, then how the same activities would be carried out today. We can't wait for our film to be premiered at the Hereford Odeon in July!
