SEN

The Head Teacher, the Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and the class teachers have responsibility for children with additional needs. All work together so that the pupils' needs are met, working with parents to ensure the best possible support is in place. Cradley School also has close links with many external agencies to help facilitate this, such as speech and language therapists, behaviour support and educational psychologists. Our SENCo is Mrs Gleaves and the SEN Governor Representative is Mrs Eryll Copp.

COOPERATION

Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labour.  For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion.
